2006-09-12 UN for Taiwan Rally

Taiwanese American Community of Greater New York will be staging a rally for Taiwan UN membership near the United Nations building on September 12th(Tuesday). Please join us to voice our support for Taiwan and call for international justice because excluding Taiwan out of the UN is simply unfair and unequal.

This year, we are joined by a group of 60 people from "Presbyterian Church in Taiwan (PCT)". Taiwanese New Yorkers should all show our support for Taiwan since we are just few subway stops away.

On Tuesday, the rally will start 11PM at the Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, then after a brief rest, we'll then march to the China UN mission. Take a day off for Taiwan, because it is the right thing to do!!
