Dear Friends:

If you do not have any previous engagement and would like to celebrate Lunar New Year with young and old friends from Taiwan, please come to Rutgers University Student Center (126 college Ave, New Brunswick) this Saturday (3-10 PM).

Come and cheer for the Taiwanese graduate students at Rutgers, who will serve as anchors and provide entertainments and media support. I have met a few and found them most friendly, energetic and interesting.

In addition to speeches by Professor Thomas Lee and Professor Frank Chiang, Mr. Steven Tsai, son of our friends Mr. M.C. and Cindy Tsai, will give a seminar (4-4:45 pm), titled " Planning Your Family's Future-A Legal Perspective" Plus Dr. Hsieh's update on stem cell research, delicious dinner, ruffle prize, activity photos, lots of laugh, etc.
